Scrambled Egg & Bacon Cups

This super simple idea turns a greasy fry-up into beautiful guest worthy brekkie.

I’m not going I teach you how to scramble an egg or to cook your bacon simply grab a piece of Arabic bread, thin pita or any other bread. We used Arabic bread which is readily available out here. Make sure it’s fresh so you can peel the two halves apart. Place each half in a non-stick muffin tray and put something heavy suh as a ramekin, or mug on top. Put it in a preheated oven (180•C) for 5 mins until slightly crispy. Turn the ‘cups’ out and fill with scrambled eggs and bacon et voila! Pretty brekkie!
