This easy dish can be prepared in 5 minutes and eaten one hour later.
Add a side salad or some steamed veggies, and you have an excellent mid-week meal!
- Add honey and mustard to the chicken – leave to marinate for 30 minutes
- Once ready, throw the marinated chicken and marinade onto a baking tray
- Let it bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes or so, until the chicken is cooked
- 5 minutes before completion, squeeze the lemon over the chicken and put back into the oven to finish off
